Evaluación de Oportunidades de Mejora y Elaboración de un Plan de Trabajo para la Finalización de Obra de Construcción de Torre en Paseo de la Costa Neuquén

Abstract

El presente estudio se centra en la evaluación exhaustiva de oportunidades de mejora y la implementación de un nuevo plan de trabajo con el objetivo de garantizar la entrega de una obra dentro de los plazos establecidos inicialmente. Se lleva a cabo un minucioso relevamiento de las tareas ya completadas y las tareas pendientes necesarias para finalizar la construcción. Mediante este proceso, se identifican los desvíos con respecto a la planificación inicial del proyecto y se analizan las causas asociadas a los mismos. Posteriormente, se realiza un diagrama que permite comprender las correlaciones existentes entre las distintas tareas involucradas en la obra. De esta manera, se determina en qué tareas se debe enfocar el esfuerzo con el fin de asegurar la conclusión del proyecto en los plazos establecidos. Una vez obtenida la información sobre las tareas y sus correlaciones, se procede a desarrollar el nuevo plan de trabajo. En este proceso se tienen en cuenta aspectos como el presupuesto restante, la inversión necesaria, el personal requerido, así como los días y la cantidad de personas necesarias en cada área para completar la construcción del edificio.

The present study focuses on the comprehensive evaluation of improvement opportunities and the implementation of a new work plan with the aim of ensuring the delivery of the project within the initially established deadlines. A thorough survey of the tasks already completed and the pending tasks necessary to finish the construction is carried out. Through this process, deviations from the initial project planning are identified and the associated causes are analyzed. Subsequently, a diagram is created that allows understanding the existing correlations between the different tasks involved in the project. This way, it is determined which tasks should be the focus of effort in order to ensure the completion of the project within the established deadlines. Once the information about the tasks and their correlations is obtained, the new work plan is developed. This process takes into account aspects such as the remaining budget, the necessary investment, the required personnel, as well as the number of days and people needed in each area to complete the construction of the building. It is important to highlight that this approach of comprehensive evaluation and planning is fundamental to guarantee the success of construction projects and meet the initially established deadlines.
