Análisis de gestión del cambio, según norma ISO 45001:2018 en la organización Servicios NASER SRL.

Abstract

En la presente investigación se analizó la gestión del cambio, considerando el requisito 8.1.3 de la Norma ISO 45001:2018, en la organización servicios NASER SRL de la ciudad de Neuquén, que es una compañía dedicada a la prestación de servicios de Slick Line, Flow Back y Well Testing para la industria de Oil & Gas. En la primera etapa se realizó un relevamiento del contexto de la organización, a través de la observación fotográfica y documental, considerando diversos factores que influyen en la prestación del servicio de slick line. Luego se realizaron encuestas al personal propio de la organización, con el fin de relevar aspectos de la gestión del cambio, que permitieron conocer el grado de implementación de este proceso. Los datos obtenidos de esta etapa se analizaron y representaron mediante gráficos. Finalmente, se evaluó el potencial efecto a la seguridad y salud en el trabajo de los posibles cambios, a través de la identificación de peligros aplicando la técnica “¿What if?”, que permitió analizar el nivel de riesgo utilizando la matriz interna de la organización.

In this research, the management of change was analyzed, considering requirement 8.1.3 of the ISO 45001: 2018 Standard, in the NASER SRL services organization of the city of Neuquén, which is a company dedicated to the provision of Slick Line services, Flow Back and Well Testing for the Oil & Gas industry. In the first stage, a survey of the organization's context was carried out, through photographic and documentary observation, considering various factors that influence the provision of the slick line service. Surveys were then carried out with the organization's own personnel, in order to reveal aspects of change management, which allowed us to know the degree of implementation of this process. The data obtained from this stage were analyzed and represented by graphs. Finally, the potential effect on safety and health at work of the possible changes was evaluated, through the identification of hazards applying the “What if?” Technique, which allowed analyzing the risks using the internal matrix of the organization.
