El motivo de consulta como puntos cardinales en la orientación de la clínica con niños/as

Abstract

El siguiente recorrido se enmarca en el Proyecto de Investigación V 112 “Destinos de(s)ubjetivación en infancia/s y adolescencia/s, intersecciones y comunidad”, dirigido por la Dra. Patricia V. Weigandt y Codirigidopor la Lic. y Prof. Marina La Vecchia (CURZA-UNCo). A partir del presente escrito, se pretende reflexionar y generar la apertura de preguntas en torno a la trascendencia de las primeras entrevistas en el marco de la clínica psicopedagógica y el lugar que ocupa el motivo de consulta como guía en el devenir del tratamiento. A los fines anteriormente descriptos, se realiza el desarrollo del caso de un niño pequeño y el desenvolvimiento de los primeros encuentros tanto con él como son su madre y padre. A partir del relato, el trabajo se vale de conceptualizaciones psicoanalíticas tales como complejo de Edipo, metáfora paterna, Fort-Day pulsiones, que entre otros colaboran en el análisis que requiere la teorización y revisión de la práctica clínica, en este caso, práctica clínica psicopedagógica con orientación psicoanalítica.

The following paper is part of the Research Project V 112 "Destinations of de(s)ubjectivation in childhood / s and adolescence / s, intersections and community", directed by Dr. Patricia V. Weigandt and Co-directed by B.C. and Prof. Marina La Vecchia (CURZA-UNCo). From this writing, it is intended to reflect and generate the opening of questions about the importance of the first interviews in the framework of the psychopedagogical clinic and the place that the reason for consultation occupies as a guide in the future of treatment. For the purposes previously described the development of the case of a small child and the development of the first encounters with him, as well as his mother and father, are carried out. From the story, the work uses psychoanalytic conceptualizations such as the Oedipus complex, paternal metaphor, fort-da and drives, among others, which collaborate in the analysis that requires the theorization and reviewof clinical practice, in this case, Psycho-pedagogical clinical practice with psychoanalytic orientation.
